How you've grown

Humbug is all grown up now
Humbug has certainly grown into a fine badger. At a quick glance it confuses me no end whether it's Humbug or Truffle, but Humbug has always been much more reserved and is constantly alert. The distinction comes down to the ear shapes, the width of the white head stripe and if I get a chance to see the shape of their tails. Humbug tends to pass through quite quickly, whereas Truffle tends to saunter through as if it owns the place.

With the weather changing and getting colder the badgers have started to visit later and later, making it somewhat of a photography challenge. I expect to see them less and less over the next few months and am already looking forward to spring time and seeing who will return and will there be cubs?
